Volleyball Training Current Development Analysis And Measurement Researching Of Jiangxi Province Sports Traditional School

As the three big balls nowadays, volleyball, football and basketball are unsurpassable by any single sport activity. Volleyball was one of the most popular sport events in our country, however, it is far behind basketball and football at present. Many expert and scholar made detailed research of the reason why volleyball develops not well, the main reason is that the advertisement and popularize is not enough, it is very important especially at the stage of teenagers. Therefore, the advertisement and popularize of middle school volleyball has significant meaning for improving the development of our country's volleyball sport and all people's body-building.Literature material method, questionnaire survey, interview method and probability method is used in this article for the investigation and research comprehensively of the promote situation of volleyball in eleven volleyball traditional schools of Jiangxi Province. The results of the study indicate that the developing condition of the volleyball is different in Jiangxi Province volleyball traditional schools. It is different in many aspects like court equipment, teaching, after-school practice and match, the enrolments situation of volleyball traditional schools is unsatisfatory, it opens less lesson. Many shcools open a little volleyball class, only parts of grades or classes open it. About teacher resources, there is few volleyball teacher, most of them are not professional and they only have little training chance, and some of the teachers didn't participate any training of volleyball, they have no sense of the development of volleyball. About the court equipments, it's short of equipments and can't satisfy the requirement of teaching. There is little standard volleyball field and the lessons are held in the basketball field or track field in some of these schools. About materials, it is seriously short of them and can't supply enough volleyball for teaching. About the lessons, the content of teaching is very single and not systematic, "pass, dig and serve " is the main point in the lessons, and the class hour for volleyball is very little. Students are weak of the volleyball skill and have no knowledge about the volleyball. They learn the basic knowledge of volleyball from teachers, the main purpose they join in volleyball is to keep healthy and improve the function of body. The organization and match status of extracurricular volleyball team in Jiangxi Province is not good, and there is little big and influential volleyball match. There is only one volleyball match of provincial schools every year and little team participates it, the match of city is very little. The reason which infects the development of middle schools volleyball sports of Jiangxi Province are the importance degree of school leader, teacher power, influential match, field equipment, student's interest to volleyball sports and the traditional idea of "more culture less sport" etc.Because of the above reasons, it comes out the following conclusion: firstly, the volleyball training time, personnel training, school match operating transaction, formal match time and personnel supply system if Jiangxi Province volleyball traditional schools are fallen behind than others provinces, the training is not systematic, the time of training also too little, it need speed up the reform step, and the age of the teachers are almost older, there is limited development. Secondly, the volleyball filed and equipment of Jiangxi Province volleyball traditional schools can't satisfy the requirement of current developing of school volleyball sports. All schools invest little funds, and the origin of funds is single, it can't guarantee the development of school volleyball sports of Jiangxi Province volleyball tradition schools in future. At last, the knowledge position to middle school volleyball sports by society is not accurate, and can't know well about its extensive influence and its economical and social value. The research purpose of this article is that middle school volleyball sports of Jiangxi Province volleyball traditional schools can keep up with times and show some thought of development of it.
