As more and more young people participate in economic activities, the problem of the understanding of economic knowledge and financial behavior is becoming more and more serious snd worthy of studying. In this paper, money is core concept of the economic activities.Junior school students are selected as the study groups to discuss the status of junior school students about money and financial education measures.This paper views on the attitudes and values about money of junior school students through a survey of the emotional factors, experience factors and behavioral factors. It also compare the differents among the different genders, grades and family backgrounds. Concluded that: 1. The development of the attitude and values about money of junior school students is pre-mature,they not only have the sense of a complex function of money, but also has developed a considerable part of the comprehensive sense of the money function, which means that they not only know to the material exchange function of money, but also know that money's spiritual and social functions; 2. Pre-mature consciousness does not mean that the behavior patterns of young people reached the appropriate standard;3. External factors (socio-economic background,education, family action, etc.) has a huge impact on children's development of economic thought and economic doctrine.Second, for the above conclusions, this paper address two aspects of financial education: 1.School plays an important role in financial education. School can teach and simulate the interests of the students in money by moving the course for economic activities; 2. Parents can teach children how to get pocket money and develop good savings habits by giving pocket money and a variety of family financial discussions;3.Social level: on the one hand to promote the scientific outlook on money junior high school students, on the other hand,financial institutions, schools and government develop all kinds of financial education.
