Research On The Construction Of Counselor Teams At Medical Colleges Of The New Period

In recent years, along with the country pay attention to the college students' ideological and political education, counselor as an important force of the college students' ideological and political education, and the guider of college students' healthy growth, counselors get more attention. Strengthening the construction of medical college instructors can promote medical colleges' reform and development; it is very important for implementing government education policy and cultivating all-around medical personnel. This paper based on the previous results from academia and the characteristics of the medical college, emphasis on medical college instructor team's construction, especially the difficulty of medical college counselors' development present situation. To construct and perfect the selection, appointment, training, assessment, incentive and long-term mechanism of growth to discuss the measures about medical college instructors team's construction, in order to promote the medical college instructors team's construction.
