Because of globalization, national culture (including traditional physical culture in ethnic groups) in China has confronted impact of western culture. It's an issue, that each of staff members on physical education must face and consider, to ponder over how to preserve our traditional culture which is outstanding. We gradually find a method of how to combine western physical culture with Chinese physical culture and work out together in the meant time we draw lesson from and assimilate fine physical culture overseas in a reasonable way. Although many problems are in research as well as in study, development of traditional physical education in ethnic groups is fundamentally formed, featured by Chinese characteristics.Since the foundation of the new china, relevant researches on our traditional sports of the minorities have gotten more and more attention. Consequently, it makes lots of achievements on research of project, culture and basic theory. The judge's law and regulation of minority traditional sports is perfecting, but there are not enough summarization and refining of traditional sports in macro, and theoretical research slopes to the excavation and sorting of events and basic theory. Traditional sports'regular construction of judges and coaches lacks science, systemic and integrity for a long time, and its rapid development needs the support of regular management in judges and coaches.In 2006, State Ethnic Affairs Commission and State Sport General Administration published The Advice About Strengthening The Minorities Traditional Sports Events together, which says that national schools and regional sports schools should consider traditional sports as important parts of school sports exercise, specific requirements of the course and teaching materials have been proposed clearly, and propose clear management require on judges and coaches of minorities traditional sports. It has proposed new development require for the minorities traditional sports, and provides a research project to sports staffs.The essay uses document analysis, field survey, comprehensive analysis, logical induction, and mathematical statistics.
