In the context of the combination of sports and education in China,the emergence of traditional sports schools not only enhances the physical health of teenagers,but also excavates and cultivates many outstanding sports reserve talents.The development of sports teams in traditional sports schools has become a trend towards regularization.How to improve the appeal of amateur training to young athletes and promote them to insist on training has become a very important issue.The attraction of amateur training depends on the cohesion of the sports team and the interpersonal relationship between coaches and athletes.This study is to discuss the characteristics of the interpersonal relationship between coaches and athletes,the factors that affect the interpersonal relationship between coaches and athletes,and how to improve the interpersonal relationship between coaches and athletes.27 traditional sports project school in Shanghai this study was conducted in 101 coaches and 600 athletes,coaches and athletes of traditional sports project school interpersonal situation investigation,analysis of the influence factors of coaches and athletes of interpersonal relationships,and put forward Suggestions,in order to look forward to more effectively promote the physical health of teenagers development and for the excavation of competitive sports reserve talented person to develop.According to the statistical analysis of the survey results,the following results and conclusions are drawn:1.Good interpersonal relationship between coaches and athletes in traditional sports schools.Coaches with different educational backgrounds have different dimensions of intimacy.The higher the educational background,the deeper the cognition of interpersonal relationship between coaches and athletes.Coaches with different personal sports experiences have different dimensions of commitment.The richer the sports experience,the deeper the cognition of interpersonal relationship between coaches and athletes.Athletes of different ages have different complementary dimensions.The older the athletes are,the deeper their cognition of the interpersonal relationship between coaches and athletes will be.2.In terms of individual factors,bilateral interaction factors and coach behavior factors,the coach believes that cognitive factors,interpersonal attraction factors and coaching behavior factors have the highest influence on the interpersonal relationship between the coach and the athlete,and the instrument factors,interpersonal tension factors and leadership behavior factors have the lowest influence.The athletes believe that personality factor,interpersonal attraction factor and motivational behavior factor have the highest influence on the interpersonal relationship between the coach and the athletes,and the least influence on the instrument factor,interpersonal communication factor and management behavior factor.In the future sports training,coaches can stimulate their own enthusiasm for coaching,improve their own attractiveness,as well as the anticipation and control of the competition process,and encourage athletes to adopt democratic leadership,so as to promote the development of interpersonal relationship between coaches and athletes.3.According to the correlation analysis of coaches and athletes on different dimensions of influencing factors,emotional factors have the largest influence and cognitive factors have the smallest influence among individual factors.Among the interaction factors,interpersonal tension factor has the largest influence,while interpersonal attraction factor has the smallest influence.Among the behavioral factors of coaches,the managerial factors have the greatest influence,while the training and competition guidance behavioral factors have the least influence.Coaches should communicate more emotions with athletes,reduce negative experiences and adopt management methods suitable for sports teams.
