Integration Of Traditional Sports Of Minorities In Enshi Region Research On School Physical Education

Under the background of the state advocating the promotion and inheritance of ethnic culture,and under the guidance of the State Council’s opinion on deepening education and teaching reform,the integration of ethnic traditional sports into school physical education has become one of the important links in the development of ethnic culture.Traditional ethnic sports education is the development of China’s sports.An important research topic,and the strong advancement of the new round of quality education curriculum reform has brought unprecedented opportunities for traditional sports of ethnic minorities with ethnic and regional characteristics to enter school physical education,For the protection and inheritance of our ethnic traditional sports Culture,and promote students’ physical and mental health,have important theoretical significance and practical value.This article takes the traditional sports of minority ethnic groups in Enshi area as a research object,and uses research methods such as literature data method,survey method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and case analysis method,etc.Investigation and analysis of the school’s inheritance and development,the research results show that:1 The traditional sports resources of ethnic minorities in Enshi are rich and diverse,The value of education is obvious,The students have a large demand for learning,Policies support development,and the feasibility of inheritance and development in schools is great.2 The level of economic development in Enshi region severely restricts the development of the school ’s minority traditional sports,and its ideas are relatively backward,the "emphasis on literature and light weapons ",the collapse of sports teachers and the shortage of site facilities,However,students are highly motivated to participate and have a certain learning foundation.3 The development of traditional sports of minority ethnic groups in Enshi area is good,but the construction is not enough,the development status of each school is wide,and the lack of a complete education and inheritance system.According to the research results,combined with the excellent cases developed in schools and drawing on previous studies,the following specific measures are proposed:1 Establish the concept of school education to inherit the ethnic traditional sports culture,cultivate ethnic awareness,and enhance cultural self-confidence;2 Research and develop ethnic traditional sports Textbooks to form a scientific and systematic content system;3 Strengthen the training of sports professional teachers to promote the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities with high-quality teachers;4 Increase the curriculum of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Enshi,Curriculum study is the basic guarantee;5 The inheritance and development of traditional minority sports are promoted by competitions,and competition events are the weathervane of school physical education;6 Traditional sports of ethnic minorities are integrated into all aspects of physical education to maintain the continuity of learning;7 Promote the development of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in combination with special festivals,and deepen students’ learning of the spiritual connotation of ethnic traditional culture;8 Develop a diverse teaching evaluation system to promote the all-round development of students and the continuous improvement of teachers’ ability.
