Beijing Union University High Level Sports Teams Managed Learning And Training Issues Of Research

University running high level sport team is the trend in the development of the world college student sport competition. It is also the orientation of the reform of physical education in higher education. But many new problems have emerged in the reform of the teaching and training combination. The problem of lower cultural quality of high level student athletes has drawn close attention of the society.Beijing Union University (BUU) belongs to Beijing Municipal Government. Compared with other universities, the high level sport team of BUU has its own characteristic and has cultivated many outstanding student athletes. Among them there are several champions in Paralympics, World Championship and Asian Games. The employment rate of the athletes after graduation is above 95%. But the conflict between learning and physical training still exists in BUU.Adopted several study methods such as documentary and reference material, questionnaire and investigation, as well as visiting and discussing with specialists, this paper has analyzed the study competence of the high level athletes in ordinary university. Beginning with the cultivating study competence of student athletes, the paper encourage student athletes to take initiative and the creative spirit to manipulate their learning activities. Combined with the questionnaire on the academic study situation of high level student athletes in BUU, this paper has explored some related aspects and discovered:1. Even though many regulations has been set up to manage and strengthen the cultural study of high level student athletes in BUU, the athletes usually pay more attention to training than to learning. The contradiction between learning and training still exists.2. The contradiction of learning and training occurred mainly due to the following factors as the orientation of athlete enrolment, management, as well as the building of teaching staff. Coach's comprehensive quality, supporting funds and athlete's own quality are also factors to the contradiction of learning and training.3. Through analyzing the causes of learning and training contradiction, I try to find concrete methods to reduce the contradiction and to reveal related strategies.After analysis and discussion, I have brought up the following suggestions to reduce the contradiction of learning and training.1. To set a definite orientation to run high level sport team. A clear and right orientation will make things such as enrollment, learning, training and management more convenient. Therefore the contradiction of learning and training can be reduced. The enrollment quality will be improved. It can also help to set reasonable specialties.2. To raise the comprehensive qualities of coaches and strengthen the cooperation with other universities to create more opportunity for training, competition and further study for coaches. Through study we can learn the latest move of specialized item and know the latest training method of the specialized item. We should run school jointly with sport science research institutions in order to get specialized guidance.3. To increase training funds and insure athletes'training, competition, reward, as well as the opportunity of taking part in high level contest event.Through analysis and discussion, you will get to know the current cultural study situation of high level athletes of BUU. The paper put forward some related suggestions and strategies to learn and borrow successful experiences from abroad, to fully develop the school's advantage and It is also important to change the traditional attitudes of looking down upon cultural courses, to choose suitable teaching material for the athletes, to explore new ways to deal with the contradiction of learning and training, to strengthen the building of teaching staff, to perfect the incentive mechanism of the athletes'learning and competition, to enhance the learning ability of the student athletes, to solve the learning and training contradiction by student athletes'self learning, as well as provide references for the high level student athletes of ordinary universities.
