In order to make our sponsor market consistently goes on, should make sponsors for sports sponsorship is at high interest, ensure sponsors rights and interests against infringement. Through consulting the domestic sponsors and rights of literature material, Chinese scholars to the research of this aspect is less. In order to protect our sponsor market healthy development and ensure the stability of the sponsoring teams, sponsors rights protection issues of research is very important.Based on the world snooker China open as an example, through material collocting, and observation, etc, to undertake process related events infringing sponsors rights have been studied.
