With the 2014 State Council Document No. 46, proposed the development of sports industry to further decentralization, improve the market mechanism in order to attract social capital to participate in and encourage a variety of major sports events full market development, innovation and market operation mechanism, promote the right to host the event, events broadcast rights and other resources fair, just and open circulation, large-scale comprehensive sports marketing operation has become an irresistible trend of development. Under the context of market-oriented operation, the first National Youth Games which is the first national large-scale comprehensive sports events in Fuzhou city in 2015. It was focused on the market development, by using channel characteristics theme, sports province and the unique resource of Haixi FTA platform, to continue to explore the development of sports resources events to maximize.In this paper, take the first session of the national youth sports events market development hosted in Fuzhou in 2015 as the research object, through personally participation in it, i will make a comprehensive and systematic discussion on the large-scale comprehensive sports events in the development of market of major sports events evaluation, market development organization, market development system of relevant laws and regulations, the development of human resources, and the restricted problem encountered in market development control process, as well as the forward corresponding counter measures. The paper is mainly divided into the following sections:First of all, making clearly definition through China’s large-scale comprehensive sports events market development situation. The so-called sports events is a general term for a series of activities in sports competition. Large scale comprehensive sports events market development is a professional market development which takes sports competition and sports performance service for the purpose, makes the sports event management as the main means, takes sports competition and performing activity as the main content.Secondly, analyze the benefit demand on sports events market development stakeholders, obtains the sports events of the stakeholders are the main market development department, sponsors, media, government, the main demands of events market development department is to use the hands of resources in exchange for the return limited events sponsored enterprises maximum support interests sponsors; is to achieve the optimal effect of sponsorship contract implementation; point interest demand media is to acquire the television and the network broadcast rights; the host government interests is to obtain more economic benefits to make up for lack of funds.Thirdly, through the restrictive factors for China’s large-scale comprehensive sports events market development with the first session of the National Youth Game encountered in the development of market analysis, This paper argues that the solutions countermeasure to the whole event that we should make assessment and prediction according to the macro environment, make assessment one from another according to The different influence on the total value of single event one, training professional and comprehensive talents, cultivate innovative for events market development ideas, and constantly improve our country’s sports sponsorship system of laws and regulations, increase the control of the different stages in the process of market development.
