A Study On The Effectiveness Of Moral Education Of Privately-Run Colleges

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the constant improvement of China's socialist market economic system, the development of private education in our country has become an irresistible historical trend. The development of private education meets the need of accelerating the development of education in our country. Privately-run colleges, as a new model of running a school, has its own characteristics, rules and development processes, which has the same important meaning as the common public universities on the revitalization of education and comprehensive development of human beings. However, the moral education of privately-run colleges is a very important but relatively weak link.This paper anatomized the existing problem and its causes in moral education of privately-run colleges by analyzing the current situation and its characteristics of moral education in privately-run colleges. Take "experience style", "management style ", "guide style" and other methods to innovate method of moral education. Broaden the vehicle of moral education and fully promote the new development of mass media vehicle, culture vehicle, management vehicle, and case vehicle. Improve the working mechanism of moral education, establish and improve information communication and feedback mechanisms, build scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system, improve student advisory mechanisms and protection mechanisms and perfect the moral leadership system. Constantly explore and improve the new way of the moral education suitable for privately-run colleges so as to conscientiously improve the effect of moral education of privately-run colleges.
