Human resources management of colleges is the important means which promotes colleges to increase the ability of running a school, currently each college is reforming traditional personal management system toward modern system of the human resources management continuously, and have already obtained a huge result. Along with education popularizing universally, privately-run colleges as the new-born strength of higher education of our country, also doing huge contribution in the process of the economic construction , transporting all kinds of specialized talented person of a great deal of application type, technique type, occupation technical ability type for the economic construction. Due to the influence of educational system etc. factor of privately-run colleges, teachers troops of privately-run colleges have a very big margin compared to state-run colleges', privately-run colleges always regard part-time teachers and retired teachers of state-run colleges as the framework strength to run a school for a long time, this kind of situation has already can't satisfied extension of students scale of privately-run colleges and needs to reform urgently.This text is based on the theory of human resources management and human resources management of privately-run colleges to summarize and analyze the widespread and existent problem of human resources management of privately-run colleges firstly; Then combine the characteristics of privately-run colleges and modern human resources management theories to put forward the concrete measures which promotes the level of human resources management of privately-run colleges ; Take eastern college in Heilongjiang as an example finally, analyzed the present condition of its human resources management, and put forward concretely promoting strategies. this research has the meaning of reference for other privately-run colleges.
