Wenzhou is national well-known overseas Chinese district, along with overseas Chinese troop's day-by-day growth, because after the parents go abroad keeps the hometown perhaps the birth, by the parents are returned to domestic remain behind to take care of things the child to become special groups. How to promote these child's healthy development well, has become the question which the family, the school and the society urgently await to be solved.This article in conducts the domestic and foreign literature search in the foundation, mainly using the construction principle theory of learning, the difference teaching theory, effectively teaches the scientific theory, the pedagogy, the psychology, and so on correlation theories, through uses research techniques and so on literature law, survey procedure, comparison test, interview law, right "Overseas Chinese children" study condition, psychological condition investigation and analysis, and guardian's interview, analyzed "Overseas Chinese children" thoroughly study and personal character present situation, education present situation and education demand.Draws the following conclusion through the research:(1) "Overseas Chinese children" is ordinary in the study aspect overall situation, the study level is not high, is been big Chinese proficiency influence, so that affects other discipline study. The personal character development aspect overall situation is good, but has part of students, because the dear ones flaw causes the psychological quality to be bad. (2) "Overseas Chinese children" the education curriculum strategy condition is ordinary, the teaching strategy is not very also rich, the moral education strategy to be good. (3) "Overseas Chinese children" the curriculum establishment both must be satisfied "student's need", and must unify nurtures the person goal; Both must have the scientific nature, and wants the local characteristics, rich curriculum. Needs to explore a more effective method in the teaching strategy. The personal character development aspect needs to innovate the moral education strategy, walks the individuation moral education the pathway. (4) "Overseas Chinese children" the education experience enlightenment completes international remains behind to take care of things education for children to manifest the difference teaching, the effective teaching, the optimized teaching and the recent developing area idea. The implementation meets the Overseas Chinese children different need the curriculum strategy, forms suits "Overseas Chinese children" the teaching strategy, the improvement optimization suits "Overseas Chinese children" the moral education strategy.In view of the existence question proposed that following suggested: (1) pays attention to the student study and the moral education difference and the different demand. (4) must pay attention specially from now on in Overseas Chinese children's education pays attention to their different demand, aspects and so on difference teaching and psychological concern safeguards international remains behind to take care of things education for children work.
