In 1996 the international 21st century Panel of Educators reported that "Education--Wealth Implication" proposed explicitly "how human learn the personhood, how to get along with others, how to enrich life and enjoy life to make the survival condition better and survival quality higher." But in 2000, one survey showed that the satisfaction rate how much the public, including teachers and students, are satisfied with the social adaptation ability of high-school students is less than 20%. It illustrated sufficiently that the education in middle school classroom was deviated educates then. The situation cognition, a new way of solving the problem, is being highly praised. However, the social situation, one of the situation types, is seldom studied. The situation cognition achievement solves this contradictory as a new way of studying to esteem gradually by the educational fields. But the social skill is taken gradually by the educational fields as one item ability that is different from the traditional intelligence. Under such background, it is of great significance to discuss how to train junior school students'social skill in the social situation.This article is divided into two parts:The one is the social situation. It elaborates the social situation-related content after situation and the meaning of situation teaching. This part includes the introduction of the meaning of social situation and its classification, as well as the foundation that it establishes in the middle school biology class, and the principle of social situation based on the situation establishment principle and social situation with its own characteristics. Another part is the social skill, in which social skill's connotation is elaborated and its characteristic and the ingredient are induced. Then some study both home and abroad is introduced. In the end, the significance of training the social skill is proposed.This research discusses four ways which establish society teaching situation to promote social skills. They are the establishment of spoken language situation to develop students'social expression ability, the establishment of roll play situation to develop students'social control ability, the establishment of cooperation situation to develop students'cooperation skill and the establishment of story-telling session situation to develop students'emotion expressivity. Each way approximately includes three parts, which are ability goal ingredient to introduce in detail, establishment pattern step and two detailed degree different cases. The research conducted an empirical study about the student society skill in the two classes of Nanjing Normal University Attached Laboratory School. The experimental result indicated that establishment of some kind of social situation is of help to develop related social skill.
