China's scientific perspective of development is a kind of inheritance and development regarding the concept of development concept for three-generation leadership; it is the central reflection of world perspective and methodology from Marxism; it is an important guideline and major strategic concept for economic and social development in our country. Students who are the nations hope not only a very valuable human resources, but also are the most important group who learn and Practice of scientific development. The education of scientific development is the most important Content in the new period ideological and political education. The study of the scientific development plays an important role to establish a scientific values meaning. The political class in University is the important way for learning the political theories. In order to study well, we must strengthen the scientific development of the theory of learning. However, the most students understand a little about the scientific development. If we want to make students learn more, we have to let them learn the scientific development of theoretical knowledge. To raise the scientific development of education, we recognize that we are living in the reality world. Otherwise, the scientific development of education will not produce its proper effect. So we need to learn from other relevant discipline, especially the perspective characterized by daily Life theory, the standing at a higher starting point, and return to life the world. This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.
