In 2004, the CPC, the State Council of the People’s Republic of China put forward<<On further strengthening and improving ideological and political education of college students views >>, which pointed out that “ In order to cultivate the qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism who are comprehensive developed in moral, intelligence, sports, aesthetics and labor education, we must stick to the idea, that is people oriented, which is close to life, close to practice, close to students, we should also try to improve the pertinence, the effectiveness, the attraction and the infectivity of ideological and political education. ” After the issue of the view,“ close to practice, close to life, close to students”have caused widespread concern in education field, besides, the advocate of college students’ ideological and political education has become a consensus in society. The idea of making ideological and political education into daily life also become a new tendency to college students’ ideological and political education.For a long time, it really exists some problems that are out of life, out of practice in our country’s college students’ ideological and political education, therefore, it is necessary to make the ideological and political education” close to life”. Life is the basic resource of education, it is also the foundation of ideological and political education. So, the thesis regards the problem as an entry point to take a deep exploration.The paper consists of three parts, they are introduction, text, conclusion.Part one is about introduction. This part describe the background, the development,the purpose, the significance, the existing problems at present, the research strategies and the approaches briefly.Part two, the text. This part is the body of the text, which includes four chapters----- from chapter one to chapter four. In chapter one, the paper explains the definition and characteristics of life, college students’ life and the integration, puts forward the theoretical foundation of the integration. Chapter two, the thesis analyzes the performance and the reasons of college students’ ideological and political education out of life and stress the necessity of the education. In chapter four, the author put forward the main approaches of the education from the aspects of teaching concept,teaching aims, teaching content and teaching method according to the facts of college ideological and political education and the students’ characteristics.Part three, conclusion. In this part, the thesis stress that the ideological andpolitical education is the necessity of our life and it should not be abandoned. The idea that integrating ideological and political education into our daily life should be brought into the whole procedure of college students’ education.
