The CPC Central Committee and State Council Pointed out in the further opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education in2004(that is "the party's16th file) that improving the students' ideological and political quality is the key strategic of gaining success on socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, on the one hand, with the new situations and rapid changes of international and domestic ideological and political education work is facing many new tasks and challenges; on the other hand, as the social environment changes updates, college students'physical and mental development also show many new features and new situations. Therefore, as one of the frontier theory of ideological and political education research, the entry into daily life of ideological and political education comes down in one continuous line with the Party's16th file. So it is a necessary measure to inquiry this subject deeply to solve the extent idealized, formal, and dogmatic defects which exist in the current ideological and political education work to a certain extent.In terms of the subjective and objective aspects of the necessity, that is,the demands of the main body of ideological and political education, educators require to enhance the effect of ideological and political education, while the educated require to enhance their own overall quality therefore,both of them need to appeal to the entry into daily life of ideological and political education; also, the current development of the ideological and political education require the entry into daily life,as the educational contents, the educational methods and educational objectives are not fit the development needs of the new era. in terms of its realization possibility, Western scholars have begun to explore the relationship between life and education from the ancient Greece period, they put forward the natural educational theory, the life world of doctrine and human theory of Marxism, while the domestic scholars began the study as early as the May Fourth Movement later, such as the exploration of the Mass Education Movement by Tao Xingzhi and other people, they proposed the theory of life education, all which provides a theoretical reference for the realization of the entry into daily life of ideological and political education. And the Continuous reform of the higher education, the close attention to college ideological and political education of the party, and the practice of ideological and political education theorists'exploration of the subject provide real conditions of its realization; the variety of moral practice in Western countries and China offers the experience reference to realize it.Essentially, the emergence and development of ideological and political education came from the practical needs of people in social life, and exist throughout the entire life of each person, it aims to helping individuals to shape exalted ideological and moral which can adapt to men's survival and development. It is an educational activity to make people's life more meaningful and valuable. Therefore, it comes from life, exists in life, its purpose and ultimate goal is people's lives. There is a close relationship between ideological and political education and life. Precisely because of this, entry into daily life of the ideological and political education reflects that the education activity concerns about people's all-round development, and focuses on how to realize the value of people better.As an important means and way to achieve the target of ideological and political education, which goes with the pulse of the times of the socialist harmonious society, the theory of entry into daily life of ideological and political education life conveys such an educational philosophy, it not only values the importance of educators'leading role, but also stresses the students'dominant position in the ideological and political education activities, emphasizes that the ideological and political education activities should penetrate into the daily lives of college students, guide them to play the dynamic role of active learning and active exploration, self-education and self-management, so that their thoughts can be impacted subtly by the ideological and political education,and then they can put it into a good action, and gradually form good habits and truly get physically and labor-round development.AS we can seize the characteristics and principles of the entry into daily life of the ideological and political education, we are able to take measures to change the contents of the ideological and political education, political outlook education, values education, the law education and moral education, the methods of ideological and political education, the environment of ideological and political education, and campus cultural environment, he social environment, and the goals of ideological and political and evaluation system, and so on. Then through these positive improvements and innovations, we can explore new ways to promote the entry into daily life of ideological and political education, to push ideological and political Education to achieve the target of bringing up builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
