Since the reform of the new curriculum has been put into place, how to assess the students'academic performance has always been an issue. In 2001, The Full-time Compulsory Education Biology Curriculum Standard (trial version) began to be experimented on. This curriculum standard has played a very good guide for our teaching from the curriculum, general objective, targets, etc, but its system is still not perfect. In the field of teaching practice, the current evaluation system nearly doesn't exist performance evaluation, so we still use the written test, "similar to the examination", to investigate the students'academic performance. The standards-based evaluation of academic achievement suits for the present writing test, similar to examination, as well as to improve the existing evaluation system. It gives the evaluators, teachers and students a "chapters" to follow. In this article, I, as the identity of the practice, carry out the teaching case studies of microscopes, on the basis of the research results of others, under the existing framework of curriculum standards. Through the exploration and reflection, I conduct empirical study to practice evaluation based on academic curriculum standards in order to improve the lesson content standards, performance standards, and instructional design based on the standards.
