With the further development of the new round of education curriculum reform,high school biology curriculum standards have also been revised in line with the development of The Times.Compared with the 2003 edition of high school biology curriculum standards,the 2017 edition of curriculum standards puts forward the basic concept of "content focused concept",and adds "academic quality standards" and "academic requirements".The big concept of biology is a kind of biology concept which is located in the center of the subject and has the lasting value beyond the classroom and the value of transfer.Academic quality standard is a measurable indicator to measure whether a student achieves the expected performance of the core quality of biology after completing the course.Academic requirement is the specific embodiment of academic quality standard in the learning content of each module.In the molecular and cellular,for example,put forward to achieve academic requirements of biology concept project whole teaching design,development to help students achieve academic requirements of classroom teaching,the implementation of the basic idea of biology course,promote the high school biology teaching core literacy cultivation biology,for a line of biology teaching has certain practical value and guiding significance.Firstly,the concepts in the research field are elaborated and the curriculum standards of 2017 edition are summarized,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Then,to achieve the academic requirements as the guidance,the curriculum standard of "course content" part expatiates,including "academic requirements associated with biological core literacy","journal of molecular and cellular studies the connotation of demands,content,and teaching tips and contact" and "to achieve academic requirements teaching tips implementation Suggestions",so as to clarify and analysis of demands,content,and teaching tips,for subsequent biological concept of large project overall teaching design provides the basis.Then,on the basis of argumentation,a general model of overall teaching design for the topic of big concept of biology is proposed.Then,combined with the explanation and analysis of the "course content",two big concepts in the module of "molecule and cell" are designed for thematic overall teaching.The overall teaching design of biology major concept project takes the biology major concept and its subordinate concept,which plays a leading role in the biological knowledge,as the project.The integrated teaching design of this project is of positive significance to the implementation of the basic concept of biology courses,the overall planning and teaching of teachers and the construction of a complete knowledge system by students.After that,the author interviewed the front-line high school biology teachers on the topic of overall teaching design of the big concept of biology proposed in this study.The interview results proved that the research results were relatively easy to implement in the front-line teaching.Although there were some deficiencies,they still had a high reference value for the front-line teaching.Finally,the results of this research are applied in teaching practice in middle schools to understand the implementation effect.The practice results prove that the teaching implementation effect of this research result is good,helpful for students to achieve academic requirements,and has a high reference value for front-line teaching.
