With new standard of senior GT education being issued, it is reentering the school curriculum of senior secondary education. New standard points out that it is aimed to proving the accomplishment from the courses, including knowledge and shills, method and process, emotional attitudes and values. Develop students'personality for the future challenges and lay the foundation for their whole life development. However, with high stress of college entrance examination, the work of general technology course is not very smooth actually. To solve the problems, and promote GT teaching, I point out some strategies from the point of theory of the tacit knowledge with thinking about my practical experience of the general technology teaching in high school, and take The New Standard as the target. For tacit knowledge training, we should pay attentions to practice and provide environment for the spread of tacit knowledge. Otherwise, the system of teacher and the disciple should be established.After analysis, I think these strategies should be taken:1. Speed up the construction of hardware and software facilities, ensure the teaching environment.2. Pay attention to practice, pay attention to the cultivation of teacher-student tacit knowledge process.3. Establish the team cooperation mechanism.4. Choose the network platformthat both teachers and students can join.Additional, according to these strategies, I selected a quarter from the lessons of General Technology, and choosed the network platform as a sample.
