Study On The Tacit Knowledge And The Application Of It In The High Vocational Education

The concept"tacit knowledge"is proposes by English philosopher Polanyi. Along with to tacit knowledge research thorough, the tacit knowledge application has the important status in the high vocational education. Understanding the related rule of the tacit knowledge, in particular the relationship with the cultivation of the students in the high vocational education field has the more important instruction function to the quality education.This article introduces the tacit knowledge's concept and the relationship of the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge; discusses the application of the tacit knowledge in the high vocational education field with the following points, the learning of the tacit knowledge, and the innovated ability cultivation of the students and the raises of the personal character.The knowledge structure and the study method of the students in the high vocational education field have own characteristic. Basing on the psychology model of the tacit knowledge learning, the article proposes the three ways to enrich the students'tacit knowledge content, such as, learning of the tacit knowledge, sharing of the knowledge and raising the independent learning capability of the students.Innovation ability is one of the necessary qualities of the students in the high vocational education field. After analyzing the two relations, the articles proposes three ways of raise innovational ability, i.e. enlarging educational reform dynamics, introducing the talented person and paying great attention to the student scientific research ability raise.The aims of the high vocational education are not only training the students grasping the advanced technology, but also having the noble personal character. Therefore, according to the students'characteristic, adopting the suitable method and paying much attention to the transmission of the tacit knowledge must be considered.
