Conclusions 1. A limit load exercise training can affect the rat frontal NCAM mRNA expression of rats after the water maze training, NCAM mRNA expression decreased at first and then increased trend in the expression, it was the lowest in 24 hours and the highest expression in 48 hours, while the water maze training NCAM mRNA expression in decreased in the immediate and then 12 hours began to increase, the highest expression of 48 hours, it is said NCAM mRNA expression of treatment with a load of extreme sports can be delayed recovery occurred. 2. one time limit exercise damage to rat water maze training dealing with the formation of spatial memory extraction representation, spatial cognitive ability reduced, this effect immediately after exercise in the performance of limit load of the most obvious can be restored after 12 hours.
