This study is based on the famous theory "Multiple Intelligences" which proposed by Gardner. Although multiple intelligences theory ties with our country's basic education training innovative consciousness and innovative spirit, but total direction meticulous care of existing multiple-intelligences evaluation subject has some flaws more or less, basic is aimed at the evaluation subject, many incompetents evaluation subject cannot applied to almost special children. Therefore, analysing its original assessment questions, and finding out the unreasonable places. It has great practical significance of designing for special children which is suitable for Chinese cultural background and focuses on topics of problem solving and ability showing.According to the theory of multiple intelligences, there also will be "potential has not been effectively develop" circumstance among deaf children, not just perfect, hearing impaired ones. Once finding an effective method to develop the potential ability, turning the intellective factor and the non-intellective into professional qualification, all the learners are likely to become all aspects of outstanding students. For this reason, this study tries to start from the angle of linguistic intelligence and the perspective of linguistic intelligence assessment to explore the deaf children of multiple intelligences features, with the long-term in hearing disabled students contact experience and understanding of hearing disabled students on hearing, exploring effective education for disabled children training mode and method, and applied in practice which providing certain auxiliary. In order to improve the popularity of assessment and reduce the tests of trivial step. I'm trying to get through the application of multiple intelligences, modern education technology application and design a deaf children multiple-intelligences evaluation system which could incredibly improve measurement efficiency. If we could create infinite wide development space for the hearing impaired children and offer them more options, chance to find, maximum improving hearing impaired potential which will set a good foundation for the further study and development of disabled children.
