Research On Contemporaray Legal Belief Among College Students

National law belief of one country has a great impact on the situation and level of development, and become one factor of vitality that restrains the process of national law belief. Law belief is not only the spiritual force that supports the cause of ruling the country keeping up to the laws, but the original force of promoting economy market, democratic politics and spiritual civilization. To reach the goal of ruling the country by means of laws, improving the quality of the national law consciousness should be the first step to take, college students are the main power of reaching the goal of ruling the country by the laws, and play an important role in future China. Their quality of legal thinking is the sign of legal development of future China. In the 80s of last century, law-belief education was given rise to by the Ministry of Education, in particular college students'law-belief education has always paid attention to by the whole society. The concept of ruling the country by the laws, socialist law thought were brought forth, legal belief courses were established in many colleges, through the study of law knowledge, the nourishment legal belief among college students was reinforced. Meanwhile, academia started to do research on the legal belief among college students. Thus, college students'law-belief education is vital to a nation to reach the goal of building a country of socialist rule of laws.This thesis researched the present situation of college students'legal belief, analyzed the reasons for the problems of legal belief from the aspects of political education, sociology, laws, psychology on the basis of studying intensively the reference relevant to college students'legal belief. Meanwhile, this thesis analyzed the problems existing in the perspective of historical reasons, environmental causes of legal belief, personal reasons. At last, some strategies of reinforcing college students'legal belief were brought forth in order to promote law-belief education for college students.
