Research On The Cultivating Of Legal Belief Of Contemporary College Students

Rule of law is a kind of means of Chinese governing the country, the essential feature of ruleof law is governing the country by law. Comprehensively implement the rule of law shouldhave two conditions: on the one hand, good laws have reflected people’s democracy, freedom,equality and human rights law, limit national public power, prevent the abuse of power,national legislation, law enforcement, judicial personnel in accordance with the law,safeguard and protect the legal order. On the other hand， civil society respect the laws,obey laws, devout belief in law. Contemporary college students play a leading role in infuture social status, their legal belief state affect social rule of our future, the future societyof rule of law requires students to have legal belief, so cultivating the legal belief ofcontemporary college students has the vital significance. First, this paper starts from themeaning of legal faith, the faith, the meaning of law faith, as well as the relationship betweenbelief and legal belief; meaning object, legal belief of legal faith of rule of law in our country,which leads to legal faith of college students on the current situation and problems existingin this paper, analyses the reasons and through empirical investigation to identify the lack offaith in law students and puts forward the principles, objectives, models, and approaches tocultivate the legal belief of contemporary college students, the contemporary universitystudents to upholding the rule of law, establish the supremacy of law, the legal concept ofdivine authority, the correct formation of legal belief outlook.
