Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Legal Quality

Nineteenth people's Congress reports of the Communist Party of China indicate that comprehensively administering the country according to law is the essential requirement and important guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics,with special emphasis on improving the rule of law quality of the whole nation,which naturally includes the improvement of the rule of law quality of college students.who are the pillars of the society.Then,at what level,what are the shortcomings of the rule of law literacy of the college students in our country,what are the reasons for these deficiencies,and what measures should be taken,and a series of problems need to be thought and improved.This paper attempts to study the rule of law literacy and its cultivation of college students through empirical investigation and comparative analysis,and analyze the causes of these problems,and try to propose solutions.This paper analysis the current situation of China's College Students' legal literacy from three aspects of legal consciousness,legal knowledge and legal belief that Chinese Contemporary College Students' awareness of the rule of law in general better than the past,there are also differences in the strength of the existence of consciousness is not the balance and imbalance of rights and obligations of the sense of responsibility and population distribution the different legal application;in legal knowledge,contemporary college students basic knowledge of law have some defects,closely related to their own interests and legal knowledge still exist great enough for the emergence of new forms of how to protect their own interests and ensure that they are not illegal and lack of relevant legal knowledge in the rule of law;faith,on the whole,on the belief degree of law students is still at the low level of faith,is not yet Become a firm belief in the rule of law.The paper further analyzes the reasons for the status quo,and holds that the rule of law literacy of college students has not yet reached the required standard,which can not meet the actual needs of our country's overall rule of law,the cultivation of qualified socialist modern citizens and the practical needs of college students.And the reason for the existence of these unsatisfactory places,including the two aspects of external and internal factors,external factors including the traditional thought of rule of man and human relations in society,the influence of frequent social corruption corrosion and environmental law construction of China's social transformation periodspecific disorder and college students entering the University before the rule of law the lack of literacy training and other reasons;its factors include the macro aspects of the concept of the rule of law education exist certain problems,especially the cultivation of students' legal literacy curriculum,teaching methods and teaching contents stored in large defects.On the basis of the analysis of the reasons,on the one hand,the paper puts forward the need to improve the external environment,on the other hand,focusing on the problems of the cultivation of the college students' rule by law accomplishment,and puts forward some operable solutions,including the improvement of the course setting and training mode of the college students' rule of law accomplishment,the perfection of the course content and the improvement of the course content.Three aspects of strengthening the rule of law training in primary and secondary schools.
