Our country is a unified multi-ethnic country. It has changed from diversity in unity of the Chinese nation of the feudal society to pluralism of the self-consciousness of the entity of the modern society with Chinese characteristics under its multi-national culture pattern.In the background of multiculturalism, the educational goal should not only accommodate to, transfer but also reconstruct multiculturalism. Since curriculum activities all base on teacher-student relationship, it should also make appropriate adjustments. But in real life, the pattern of building up teacher-student relationship in multicultural area is the same as that of other non-multicultural area. This article tries to take schools of Kezhou area as an example, which located in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. This paper discusses construction of middle school teacher- student relationships of multicultural area. Within this area, most of the teachers are of HAN nationality, but students are mostly of different nationalities, with different ethnic background makes the relationship between students and teachers are disenchanted, their inherent cultural bias closed national consciousness of lack of language conversion skill one-sided understanding of the cultural differences that unconscious as cultural infringe upon the multicultural area. Therefore the author analyzing from the following aspects to reconstruct multicultural area teacher-student relationship:First, promote the recognition of cultural identities between teachers and students with different nationalities. Such kind of recognition is a two-way approach, for the teachers should recognize those fixed culture of ethnic students, and the students should also accept teachers'transmission of mainstream culture.Second, the cultivation of the students' cross-cultural adaptability is to make the students living with multinational and the knowledge mainstream culture.Third, encourage teachers to use the native language properly. In the teaching and learning process, communication between teachers and students are based on their communicative language, the teachers should try to reach the tacit understanding with their students, and namely they should let their audience understand them.Fourth, facing the cultural differences students communication between teachers and students is actually a group communication, we must pay more attention to the cultural differences existing in the students group.Fifth, pay attention to the students'cultural space. The students come from different cultural groups, and all of them have remarkable experience and identities of their own culture, so teachers'horrible invasion could put cultural space of students with minority nationalities in danger, even result in opposing the relationship between teachers and students. In short, as a multicultural area teachers'task is not only to transfer knowledge, but also, take notice of the cultural differences between teachers and students, and learn to respect students, make the relationship between teachers and students more harmonious.
