In recent years, the people's living standards have been constantly improving, but the physique and health level of the teenage students in our country is going down year by year, revealed by the surveys on the students'physique and health on the national scale. In order to change the unhealthy situation that the physique and health level of the students is continuously going down, to encourage the students to take active part is physical training, the State Education Commission, the launch of Winter Marathon Activities of Sun Sports laid a solid foundation for fully acting on the Party's educational policy,promoting quality-oriented education and nationwide fitness campaign. And it carries a great meaning as strengthening youth sports,enhancing youth fitness and training qualified and healthy socialist builders and successors.This paper uses methods of documents,interviews,questionnaires and statistics through researching on 8 universities of Hunan province who take part in Sunlight Long-distance Race in 2010 as examples to make a thorough analysis on the quality-control system, so that we can figure out its inadequacies and give helpful proposals as many as possible.The conclusions in this paper are just as follows:1. A right quality-control system promises the high quality of Sunlight Long-distance Race. This paper presents a relatively thorough system model, which based on the Intelligent Self-management System in Campus and focus on the improvement of the quality of this project.2. Throughout the sunshine in runner activities quality monitoring system, ensure that monitoring the premise of normal objects to the target system as the center, monitoring body through the powerful tools surveillance activities play a leading role, each system mutual connection, promote each other, constitutes a organic whole, ensure the sun long activity the realization of total quality management and training the improvement of quality.3. The Intelligent self-management system of Sunlight Long-distance Race in?Campus, developed by the organizing committee of"The National 100-university Winter Long-distance Race of Sunlight Sports Around our Motherland"activity, is feasible in the development and monitoring of this activity. 4. As a relatively new sport program, Sunlight Long-distance Race still has some problems in quality monitoring and administration. We have already found some of them but we still have a long way to go if we want to make this program perfect.
