As competition sports becoming more tense, the training method among countries have been evolving to a more scientific and systematic level, the potential of the athletes have been developed to a whole new level. Especially in the sport of track and field, many of the records have remained unbroken since years ago. From the year of 2008, the short distance record being updated, most of the records keep stay where they were. And even more, the mid-long race world record is still hard to break, eg: the record of 10000 meter woman has stayed frozen since the year of 1993. Seen from the aspect of track and field history, a creative, systematic, and outstanding training method will give vigor to the present level of competition, in the certain period of time, it will give no chance for its competitors. It’s hard to step up a new stage on the current method of training. It will be long that track and field would develop towards the multi subjected and method of training, forming a more systematic and scientific training system. As for now, many high level trainers infuse the subject of psychology, biochemistry and nutrition. If we could apply these knowledge into the practice of T&F training, monitoring these training through such ways. It will benefit both athletes and coaches a lot.Training of course is the foundation of sport, trainer should know a all-round information about the athletes and other circumstances. During every stage of athlete’s performance, the coach will give a detailed record and monitoring of different condition of variant athletes. The athletes should be fully stimulated and warmed up before training, so that good sporting level could be achieved, meanwhile there is a very different training type and individual differentiation among athletes, under the same circumstance, different individual, same individual under different time frame, there are big fluctuations. Relying on experiential judgement is not accurate. And also not possible to fully estimate athletes’ condition and the response of that is no longer valuable. The thesis undertook the literature study, experimental study, observation, statistics and logical analysis in order to analyze the middle distance sportsman of 2014’s physiological and biochemical, and meanwhile monitoring the index of them. The research is mainly done by monitoring the winter period training of middle distance runners, 10 test subject is selected as the samples, as the coach planned, we took the index of the statistic of the runners p&b levels in 3 times, which are: Before winter training, it’s considered to be the reference of the other two. The second one is collected in the midst of the whole training period, the last collection is collected in the final period of the training when the training is all over. The confirmation of these is deliberately designed by the coach in order to realize the actual training consequence, for its support of the relevant training consequence. The statistics mainly selected partial blood sample, testosterone and cortisol. mainly to reflect the change in the runners’ organism, combined with the relevant hypothesis, deducing that the runner’s sporting capacity and the response to the intensity of training. During the middle period of training, red cells and hemoglobin level were going down. During the final period of training the level of red cells and hemoglobin were rising up. The ability for carrying oxygen rose, too. The red cell gave a down fall during the mid period, but as the training course extended, it rose up again. The average hemoglobin, density, dispersion of distribution of the red cell also rose. And the change of testosterone and cortisol level were also significant. Which proved that training intensity gave the stimulation to the physiology of the runners. The overall statistics showed that the response of training was positive. The research was done by monitoring the pro middle distance team of Xi’an Physical Education University’s winter training status, by observing partial physiological and biochemistry statistics, reflecting the runners’ response toward intensity of training and their adaptation of it. For solving the physiological problems of the reference training plans.
