A Training Diagnosis And Evaluation Research On Chinese Female Long-distance Race Athlete's Special Physical Quality Training Condition

The more and more intense long-distance race competition set a higher request to the long-distance race athlete's special level. Now most middle-long-distance race trainers both domestic and foreign believe that one of the primary factors to the larger scale enhancement in the race records is the specialization of physical quality training. Hence, this paper has conducted a research from the special training respect on the diagnosis and the evaluation of Chinese female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality training condition. This paper has comprehensively employed many methods including the document method, expert interview method, Delphi method, investigation method, Grubbs method, correlation analysis method, factor analysis method, Grey connection analysis method, regression analysis method, and radar analysis method, to discuss in our country female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality target system constitution, the forecast model, the evaluation criteria, the diagnosis and the assessment method.(1) Chinese female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality training condition in this paper refers to having the movement ability in the training with special speed, special speed endurance, special endurance, special long time endurance, and special ultra long time endurance which are directly connected with special movement training.(2) This paper discusses the structure of Chinese female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality evaluation system.The structure is composed of three parts, the evaluation index, the index weight and the evaluation standards. The establishment of this evaluation system provides possibility for implementing the diagnosis and the evaluation of the female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality training level.(3) This paper establishes the evaluation system for Chinese female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality.This system consists of five administrative levels, the special speed factor, the special speed endurance factor, the special endurance factor, the special long time endurance factor, and the special ultra long time endurance factor. In the special physical quality structure, five indexes for the 3000-meter race are : 400m, 800m, 2000m, 6000m, 14km respectively; those for the 5000-meter race are: 400m, 800m, 2000m, 6000m, 14km;and those for the 10,000m race respectively are: 400m, 2000m, 6000m, 16km, 20km.In each special, the position of these five indexes are: a. 400m > 800m > 14km > 6000m > 2000m in the 3000-meter race; b. 2000m > 400m > 800m > 6000m > 14km in the 5000-meter race;c.l6km > 400m > 20km > 6000m > 2000m in the 10,000-meter race.(4) It has established the special physical quality evaluation model.In order to reflect the relationship between all the indexes and the special records, the special physical quality evaluation model is set up, which is helpful for the trainer to grasp the overall effects. By using the factor analysis result, we may construct a five-level-regression formula, namely evaluation model, for the harmonious development of Chinese female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality index system. It goes as following:Y_3000m=79.036+3.182×400m+0.23×800m+0.983×2000m-0.117×6000m-0.001×14km;Y_5000m=-361.828+4.767×400m-1.927×800m+2.118×2000m+0.213×6000m+0.051×14km;Y_10000m=-2013.879+3.247×400m+6.117×2000m+0.152×6000m+0.272×16km+0.052×20k m.(5) It has formulated the evaluation criteria for Chinese female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality.The evaluation criteria, including evaluation criteria for each special physical quality level, synthesis level, balanced degree, synthesis development level and special result adaptation degree, provide the theory basis for the trainer to have a clear training direction, determine training focuses, and scientifically plan the athletes' special physical quality training.(6) It has constructed the diagnosis and the evaluation methodology system for Chinese female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality.This diagnosis and evaluation methodology system includes the valid special physical quality index screening, the index weigh establishment and the diagnosis operating procedure. Among them, the first two items are the premise and the foundation of the construction of the special physical quality diagnosis and the evaluation methodology system. Chinese female long-distance race athlete's special physical quality diagnosis and evaluation method includes training diagnosis and standard evaluation method, and the training situation analytic method.
