Research On Development Situation And Countermeasures Of Xinjiang Ethnic Wrestling

This article at present of four nationalities in Xinjiang national wrestling for the study of the development of object, this paper analyze the development and present condition of the ethnic-style wrestling in Xinjiang, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures,coming to a conclusion as followed:(1)The main participant minority nationalities are Uygur, Kazak, Mongolian, Hui and Han: more male, less female; little or even no participation of other nations.(2)As a popular national sport, the ethnic-style wrestling is always a column in sports event competition in China National Games, Traditional Games of Xinjiang Ethnic Minorities. The largest percentage of the athletes who once took part in ethnic-style wrestling is 97%. It shows that ethnic-style wrestling carried out in Xinjiang is still widespread.(3)Players' age is mainly between 23 to 36 years old. The players whose age are between 23 and 29 and 30 and 36 accounted for two large percent. Most athletes'diploma focuses on middle school education and university education. Their motivation for participation in ethnic-style wrestling is followed in sequence: in accordance with ethnic customs, not only to show self-strength and courage, to cultivate character, to perfect personality and the funny activities, but also it can build one self's body and meet the psychological needs.(4)Some problems existing among ethnic wrestling coaches as followed. A serious imbalance in sex ratio: all of them are male. Coaches who teaches Stroke grams,the power of the West,Hot Sri Lanka Library are relatively more than other items; Coaches'distribution of education level is uneven, most of them are college or bachelor degree; Part of the coaches do not have much sports experience Before coaching, professional experience in training and competition needs to be strengthened(5)Compared with the implementation of the four national wrestling, the power of the West is the most common, followed by stroke grams, Sri Lanka and mixed wrestle; compared from the seven competition rules, Mixed wrestle requirements are more strict, stroke grams and Hot Sri Lanka Library have a special competition clothing, In outcome determine, Mixed wrestle and Hot Sri Lanka Library are similar, Stroke grams and the power of the West are similar. Stroke grams do not have weight class; the other three have five weight classes.(6)Compared to Chinese Wrestling, Xinjiang ethnic-style wrestling is less detailed, rational, systematic and scientific in not only venue size and clothing but also weight levels, age group and judgment.(7)Compared to the national wrestling and Olympic wrestling events in Xinjiang, from competition and competition rules is concerned, there is a gap between the two. Olympic wrestling is very strict in venue, clothing; has a shorter rest time; by meticulous weight classes; more complex competition system; a comprehensive, scientific and reasonable judgment.(8)The positive factors for Xinjiang ethnic-style wrestling campaign are a regular Traditional Ethnic Minority Sports Association, changes in ideology and the development of sports tourism market; Negative factors are change in the way of production labor, economic conditions and living environment,the impact of modern Western sports, insufficient publicity and lack of knowledge.
