Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Free Style Wrestling In Tibet Autonomous Region

Tibet is China's western region,compared with other provinces,the peaceful liberation of Tibet in a short time,the undeveloped economy in competitive sports,the Tibet autonomous region is behind other provinces,wrestling is Tibet's first breakthrough in competitive sports.By using the methods of literature and questionnaire,this paper takes the development of freestyle wrestling in the counties and districts of Tibet autonomous region as the object of study.The results show that:Tibet autonomous region at this stage only Shannan,Nagqu,Lhasa and Tibet autonomous region sports school to carry out free style wrestling projects,Linzhi,Shigatse,Changdu and Ali did not carry out free wrestling.Four to carry out free wrestling in the county sports school a total of free wrestling athletes of 431 people,the number of male athletes is higher than women,and 69.64% of their parents actively support their children to participate in training.Different district sports school free wrestling team training frequency and time difference,weekly training athletes to 5-7 times,each training time is 1.5-2.5 hours;each training time reserve athletes were 1.5-2 hours weekly training frequency is 4-6 times,74.11% of the players think that the reasonable arrangement of the training content of the coaches.Tibet autonomous region wrestling team,Lhasa city sports school has developed many years of systematic training plan and annual system training program,Shannan and Nagqu only annual system training plan.Wrestling coach male dominated,coaches have a college degree or above,age span concentrated in the age between 30-50,the number of first grade coaches most,followed by the vice senior coaches,relatively young,need further study.Tibet autonomous region of the organization of the lack of wrestling competition,poor competition,athletes in the national and intercontinental competitions have achieved good results in sports.The wrestling team,the Tibet autonomous region free Lhasa city facilities relatively perfect,other counties free wrestling team sports venues and equipment relatively tense or even lack of the wrestling team,the Tibet autonomous region free Lhasa city sports school funds can basically meet the needs of other counties school free wrestling team are shortage of funds.It is the main problem of the Tibet free style wrestling team to train the natural conditions and the poor conditions,the difficulty of selecting materials,the contradiction between learning and training,the alternation of new and old players,and the lack of guarantee for the athletes.Each county and County Sports School in Tibet autonomous region needs to improve the comprehensive quality of the free style wrestling team,to do well the docking of the athletes,to improve the comprehensive quality of the coaches,and to make scientific selection,training and competition.
