Study About The Reserve Talented People Development Of Competition Martial Arts In Xinjiang

Athletics wushu is listed as official project games firstly in the 12th games of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region(hereinafter referred to xinjiang) in 2010 July 8. Although there were only 54 runners from 6 teams participated in the game, it provides a good opportunity to development for Xinjiang athletics wushu. In order to accelerate the development of the internationalization of martial arts, State General Administration of Sports set up Xinjiang international wushu training center in 2010 on August 18. The training center was considered as the wushu development basement of middle Asia and west Asia and this provides another development opportunity for Xinjiang athletics wushu. By use of the opportunity ,xinjiang athletics wushu reserve personnel were considered as the research object, by adopting survey of literature, questionnaire, interview method, mathematical statistics method, understanding detailed the whole current situation of Xinjiang athletics wushu′s reserve personnel training, analyzes the main problems existing in the reserve personnel training seriously. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Xinjiang athletics wushu is a kind of vulnerable program, it′s in the primary stage. Xinjiang athletics wushu backup talents are distributed unevenly and han Chinese athletes is more than other nature athletes , they are distributed mainly in the Xinjiang urumchi, Shihezi,YiLiZhou kuitun city, shawan county, attended the ChangJiShi, qitai county, tacheng and shawan country.Atherwise,In the southern area with very little. The competitive level of Urumqi area, kuytun city is significantly higher than other regions′.(2) Xinjiang Athletic Training System in the Reserve, there are still unreasonable, do not actively participate in the sports system and the lack of participation in the education system; in the competition system, the fewer the number of martial arts competition in Xinjiang, continuity is not strong, can not fully display the reserve talents training level. In addition, there are abuses and the lack of competition in the primary race system.(3) Age distribution of Wushu Coaches Xinjiang is not reasonable, overall quality is not high, the low proportion of senior coaches, coaches, lack of job training, research and awareness is not high, scientific research needs to be improved; most coaches recognize that scientific selection importance, but because of the lack of scientific theoretical knowledge of selection and testing equipment, confined to the traditional selection methods.(4) Xinjiang private martial arts schools, martial arts club has become a regional Competitive Talented force. Wushu schools the main question is: autonomous Private Schools of Martial Arts for the management system is not perfect, the legal system, the development of the system lags behind reality; art schools widespread shortage of funds, poor school facilities, hardware, ignored the ideological and moral education of students and other issues.In order to promote Xinjiang Talented Athletic sound development should strengthen the propaganda of Competitive; deepen the Reserve Force system; perfect competition system, and strengthening the implementation of competition system; strengthen coaches, and raise the level of overall quality of coaches ; strengthening selection awareness of the scientific selection; strengthen private martial arts schools, martial arts club supervision.
