A Study On Compulsory Education Of Backup Talents For Competitive Sports In The East Under Multidimensional View

Compulsory education has played a very basic role for the individuals and the society. However, there are many problems in the compulsory education of backup talents for competitive sports in our country, which are reflected in its being finished unsuccessfully or without high quality. They not only influence the life development of these talents but also will form a hidden problem for the competitive sports. Considering the current difficulties, this dissertation aims to study the compulsory education of the back talents for the competitive sports in the east under multidimensional views and with the methods such as the document research, the field study, questionnaire survey, interview, and statistics.The examination on the purposes of compulsory education shows that the eastern part’s compulsory education has the following problems, such as the comprehensive inefficiency, the overall imbalance, the insufficient foundation, and the poor quality, and therefore has not met the standards of the compulsory education.There are many reasons for the appearance of the above mentioned problems and they mainly include the deviation of the management orientation, the lack of the study motivation for the main part of the backup talents, the weak support of the teaching and educating system in the talent-raising bases, the great influence of the training competition, the lack of the strong support of family education, the shortage of the auxiliary power of the social education and other influential factors, which get interwoven and influenced by each other and finally caused the present difficult situation existing in the compulsory education of the backup talents.By comparing and analyzing the successful experiences at home and abroad, on the basis of the feasible analysis, this dissertation puts forward six effective strategies to solve the problems in the compulsory education of the backup talents for competitive sports. They include the equal emphasis on the study and train in the education concepts and management orientation, the reasonable stimulation to encourage the study of the backup talents, the teaching’s return to the education maternal, the effective cooperation of the train and race, the strong support of the family education and so on.On the basis of the concerned feasible strategies, the construction of the compulsory education of the backup talents should be promoted step by step. In recent period, it should get started from six aspects, which are the change of the education concepts and management orientation centered on assessment, the improvement of the teaching system by its returning to the education family, the readjustment of the train and race system which will focus on improving the reasonableness of the race arrangement and the scientific feature of the training, the cooperation between the school and the family by means of increasing communication and encouraging family education, and the improvement of the coordination mechanism between sports and education by focusing on building the athlete culture education system of joint conference. In the long term, the education way of building the backup sports talents should be explored.This dissertation’s research means is based on current education system of the backup sports talents. As to the question of whether it is necessary to break the current system and the path construction after that, it belongs to the further research from other point of view.
