A large number of universities enrollment expansion has led to the warming of general high school education since 1999, with an extreme impact on the rational development of secondary vocational education, in addition, a concept of prejudice for the vocational education exists throughout the whole society, so it causes that the quality of students sources in vocational schools have declined year after year, resulting the prevalence of class problem behaviors of vocational students, it has a serious impact on the daily management and class teaching of vocational schools. Facing up to this situation, it is necessary to make an in-depth research to find the solution for the class problem behaviors of vocational school students. What are the specific representations for the class problem behaviors of vocational students? What are the various reasons to cause the class problem behaviors of vocational students? If these problems are not resolved, they will seriously hamper the development of secondary vocational education.Therefore, this article will deploy some empirical investigations for the class problem behaviors status of vocational students, and on this basis, analyze and study its causes, and then propose some improvements or solutions. The research thinking and process are: Firstly, to define and classify the relevant concepts of the "class problem behaviors", and make the investigations for the class problem behaviors status of vocational students, analyze its reasons, which are complicated to cause the class problem behaviors of vocational students, they not only relate to the reasons of students themselves, but also the factors of teachers and schools, and affected by the families and society. Therefore, on the basis of the analysis for the factors causing the class problem behaviors of secondary vocational students, this article learns from the theory of foreign management mode for class problem behaviors, to propose some corresponding countermeasures: to make the class routines in line with vocational students' practices, to create a learn class environment that is suitable for vocational students, to enhance the overall quality level of vocational school teachers, to make the psychological counseling and guidance for the vocational students; these countermeasures are focused on the teacher's own teaching behaviors and management methods, through these countermeasures, to minimize the impact of class problem behaviors on the class teaching, to play the real effectiveness of class teaching, thus to enhance the quality of teaching in schools.
