Explore The Management Pattern On Nanjing Sports School

The goal of secondary specialized school is to train excellent first-line production/service workers with synthesized professional capacity who fully develop morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically and can match the need of socialist modernization, and this group obviously poses a tremendous advantage amid the current talent structure. The reform of secondary specialized education has direct influence on the system of our talent training and the implementation of the national strategy of Invigorating the Country through Science, Technology and Education. Innovation in management system plays a very important role in sorting out the relation among government, school and society, improving educational qualification and output, and satisfying the public's demand for professional education.On the base of globalization, the change of social and cultural environment and our knowledge on Chinese secondary professional education, with the theoretical tools of management and education, we, focusing on Nanjing Sports School, systematically analyzed the various educational management models of secondary specialized school at home and abroad, and sum up their experience. Based on the above-mentioned fundamental work, this paper de-structured the current management system of Nanjing Sports School, analyzed and appraised its management model, did some exploration and reflection, and finally presented its practical consideration.This study bases on the educational theory and incorporates the application of management theory in school management; practically, it explores the development of Chinese secondary specialized education through the sample of management model of Nanjing Sports School, both of which show that this study has its own special significance.
