| The so-called "specialization and innovation integration" refers to the teaching process of organically integrating professional courses with students’ innovation and entrepreneurship development,which is different from both the teaching of special innovation and entrepreneurship courses and the training of separate courses.Different courses have different methods and ideas of integration of specialization and innovation.With the development of education reform and the change of modern society’s requirements for talents,the education program and cultivation methods for talents are also changed accordingly.In order to ensure that students can learn professional knowledge and skills,and at the same time cultivate innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial thinking,secondary schools need to explore the integration of professional courses and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and explore the research and application of the integration of professional and innovation in the teaching of secondary school curriculum.Up to now,the teaching methods of most secondary schools are still purely theoretical plus skills teaching,lacking in the practical application of students’ professional skills and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship,or understanding entrepreneurship education simply as participation in various innovation and entrepreneurship competitions and skills competitions.Innovation and entrepreneurship education cannot be developed in isolation from professional curriculum education.The integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education solves the flow of knowledge between professions and industries,prompting professional education to change from acquiring old knowledge to creating new knowledge,linking professional education with frontier knowledge such as new technologies,new situations,new policies and new trends in industries,and solving the market,project and result-oriented skill-based talent training The article adopts an experimental approach to address the practical problems in the training of skilled personnel in the market,project and result oriented.The article adopts an experimental method to study e-commerce students in school K.Taking the course "Internet Marketing" as an example,the article tries to apply the concept of specialized and integrated teaching to the course teaching in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,the author used questionnaire survey method,interview method,experimental research method and observation method to derive the current teaching status of the e-commerce majors in the class of 2020 in School K as well as the problems of specialization and integration teaching and analyze the feasibility of its application.On the basis of this,the author used the e-commerce class of Class 2020 as the experimental class to design the teaching of "Internet Marketing" course with the concept of specialization and integration,and conducted a semester-long teaching observation practice.The experimental results show that the students in the experimental class have a more thorough grasp of the knowledge of "Internet Marketing",a clearer cognition of the e-commerce industry,a clearer career plan for their future,and an improved understanding and attitude towards innovation and entrepreneurship and their intention to start a business after graduation.Through the comparative analysis between the experimental class and the control class,the author found that the specialization and innovation integration teaching method had a positive impact on the students’ learning attitude,professional skills and career planning.Finally,the author proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the future application of the teaching method of specialization and innovation,hoping to cultivate students’ innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial thinking in professional teaching,improve students’ innovation ability and develop students’ entrepreneurial ability,so that students can stand out in the competitive market and lay a solid foundation for their future career development and national economic transformation. |
