Research On Training Mode Of The Combination Of Sports And Education In Primary And Secondary Schools In Jiamusi

With the rapid development of competitive sports, our sports talent of "three"training and training system is not adapt to the development, athletes learning andtraining as well as retired athletes are more and more obvious, these problems haveconstrained the overall sustainability of the high level of athletic talent development,this is extremely detrimental to China’s high level of competitive sports talents. Thecultural quality of athletes is too low, social life difficulties after retirement athleteshave a serious impact on the source of reserve sports talents. Many interestedstudents and parents are presence larger concerns. Therefore, the state raised theslogan "combination of sports and education", and clear in related documents thatthe trend of the "combination of sports and education" is the future of sportspersonnel cultivation.In this thesis were studied the Jiamusi City"combination of sports andeducation"in Primary and Secondary schools, in order to improve the "combinationof sports and education" mode to train athletes.This thesis summarizes the featuresand shortcomings of Jiamusi City primary and secondary schools "combination ofsports and education",and defined "combination of sports and education" mode, andanalyze the shortage of Jiamusi "combination of sports and education"; on the basisof the analysis and investigation proposed measures to strengthen the perfect"combination of sports and education" running process.In this paper,we first analyzed the meaning of the Combination from threeaspects, such as macro, meso, micro, and defined the"Combination" mode in theJiamusi City schools. First described the"combination of sports and education"policy changes in China and the significance of primary and secondary schools inthe Jiamusi City and definition of the concept of "combination of sports andeducation"; On this basis, pointing out the inevitability of the "Combination" mode,and analyzed the primary and secondary schools from the three aspects of theathletes themselves, schools and graduation whereabouts to carry out thesignificance of the "Combination".And then analyzed the running of the Combination schools in Jiamusi City,interms of school organization and leadership, the management of athletes, coaches,construction, training, conditions of security, and teaching and training effect, Onthe basis of research Combination schools’ mode in Jiamusi City schools andanalysis the characteristics of the Combination in Jiamusi City. Through research,analyze the issues arising in the process of Jiamusi City Schools for the"Combination" mode: understanding the "Combination" of the system deviation enrollment sources, learning and training conflicts, contests institutional norms andmovement inadequate funding, the professional quality of the coaches need to beimproved, and the lack of athletes on the "Combination" effect of feedback.On this basis, for solve the problems in the "Combination" process, this studycombined with in-depth analysis, and proposed the solutions, including: should bein-depth understanding of the "Combination" mode; specification and to broadenthe recruitment channels; scientific deal with the contradictions of learning andtraining; to change the competition system to increase the sources of funding;continue to improve the professional quality of the coaches; athletes and Teaching"binding" effect of the feedback system. This paper research the " Combination"mode, and it has important theoretical value and practical significance for promote "Combination" in Jiamusi.
