Easing the employment pressure and promoting overall development of students are not only the requests of community college education, but also the inevitable trend of higher education development. Compared with foreign country's entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education in China started late, and wasn't institutionalized, being just in the introduction and imitation stage: the first-class entrepreneurship education system is not mature enough, teaching content system not improved enough, and the effectiveness not clear. The pragmatism, flexibility and the wide coverage of the second-class entrepreneurship education did not play a exactly role in entrepreneurship education. This paper intends to explore current status of entrepreneurship education, by breaking through the limitations of first-class entrepreneurship education and through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to build a good mechanism for entrepreneurship education. This paper is divided into five parts following the sequence of "problems - analysis of the problems - solution of the problems": The first part is introduction, including research background, literature reviews from both home and abroad, and innovation and research methods; the second part is theory analysis, which identifies the concepts of second-class entrepreneurship education, and theoretical foundation of this paper, observing the relevance of the second-class and entrepreneurship education; the third part of this paper is empirical analysis of research methods, sample descriptions, results analysis and the statistics summary of problems reflected in the questionnaire; the fourth part analyzes the advantages and functions of the second-class in college on the base of study organization theory; the fifth part is trying to build an enabling mechanism of the second-class in undertaking education.
