Research On The Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Entrepreneurship Education In Local Colleges And Universities

The undertaking education of local universities is responsible for the developme nt of regional economy and the cultivation of innovative talents.At present,the wo rk of College Students' Entrepreneurship Education in our country has been on the right track,and has made progress in all aspects.In the research system of entrepr eneurship education,the establishment of entrepreneurship education mechanism is t he basis of the work.This paper from the essence and connotation of entrepreneurs hip education mechanism of the ten local undergraduate colleges in Guangdong Pro vince as samples for empirical analysis,focusing on the actual operation in the ope ration of the mechanism of enterprise education in local universities,expounds the structure and the operating mode of the system,and puts forward suggestions on it s operation quality upgrade.In order to further improve the effectiveness of entrepr eneurship education of college students in China,and contribute to the research of entrepreneurship education mechanism.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,mainl y combing the relevant literature,research questions,research purpose and research significance,the present research situation at home and abroad;the second part defi nes the concept of local colleges,entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship educa tion mechanism,expounded the theory of quality education,multiple intelligence the ory,and the theory of human resource development;the third part is some local co lleges in Guangdong Province as the representative of Guangdong province analysis of the mechanism of entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship education in Chi na mechanism analysis of the problems,to enhance the Chinese universities make a ccumulation of entrepreneurship education;the fourth part is the survey data in the aspects of entrepreneurship education ten local undergraduate colleges in Guangdong province to do the empirical study based on the analysis,using correlation analysi s in SPSS,according to extract the corresponding different indexes of entrepreneurs education mechanism includes The data,pointed out the correlation between ea ch index and the existing problems in the development of entrepreneurship educatio n based on the analysis of empirical results;the fifth part is the analysis of the de velopment of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad,foreign to the United States and Japan as an example,the domestic famous universities in Colleges and Universities directly under the Ministry of education in Guangdong Province as an example analysis,summarizes its characteristics and experience respectively.Entrepr eneurship education;the sixth part mainly elaborates the construction of entrepreneu rship education mechanism in local universities.This part is about the research on t he education mechanism of university entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship education a nd put forward the mechanism of incentive,coordination,security,from the long-ter m evaluation,from five aspects,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions;the seventh part is the conclusion and deficiencies.Through the study,the following basic understanding:(1)entrepreneurship education in our country more and more attention,a series of national and local government related documents and policies on entrepreneurshi p education has gradually reached a full range,high support situation of entreprene urship education in China has been gradually into the track.(2)the development of entrepreneurship education in local colleges and univers ities in our country has made great progress,but through the investigation and anal ysis,it is found that,due to the obvious advantages of geography,there is a certai n difference between the level of teachers and key colleges and UniversitiesThere are still some problems in the development of entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities,such as the lack of distance,insufficient capital investment,the practice platform of enterprise education and the construction of the base.(3)advanced by comparison of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and univ ersities in the United States and Japan,to Sen Business School(USA)and Osaka University of Commerce needle(Japan)two universities as an example,analysis of its advanced in Entrepreneurship Education in our country,the local universities sho uld learn from them the good integration of the use of all resources,"government enterprise" cooperative operation of advanced way for local colleges and universities in China,to enhance the efficiency and quality of entrepreneurship education.(4)the construction of entrepreneurship education mechanism can not be separa ted from the government,universities,enterprises,society and the family of all aspe cts of coordination and support,but also inseparable from the students' own entrepr eneurial awareness and enhance the overall quality.Entrepreneurship Education in lo cal colleges and universities should face to the public and students,stimulate the e nthusiasm of college students,and promote the development of entrepreneurship edu cation in China.
