The development of entrepreneurial education has become an important topic of university,but it is difficult and may be more difficult in the present situation of our country.Even there will be directional deviation.Compared with the relatively sound foreign entrepreneurship education system,China's entrepreneurial education curriculum is backward.less curriculum,poor quality,teaching methods behind the entrepreneurial education failed to play the basic role of enlightening entrepreneurial spirit.In the state of entrepreneurship education as a whole,the practice of entrepreneurship education in some universities has achieved very remarkable results,and the talents of entrepreneurial education have been able to stand out in all areas of business,scientific research and social service.What kind of training model does this fruitful entrepreneurial team take? How to organize the course? What are the hidden forms of the course and what are the mechanisms of these hidden lessons in situations where the explicit curriculum is difficult to meet the needs of entrepreneurial practice? With these questions we come to the H university D team,hoping to sum up the hidden curriculum of entrepreneurial education and provide advices and reference for the development of entrepreneurship education.This article uses qualitative research methods.A total of 16 members of the D team were interviewed,including the members who haven't started business but still study in team,the members who have started business and still study in team,the members who haven't started business and out of team,the members who have started business and out of team.This team's training model is practical,so I used the observation method.Nearly one year I participate in team forums,reception activities,recreational activities and a monthly business project show.Except interview and observation method,many of the information of this article comes from the team detailed yearbook,briefing,summary,media reports,audio and video information,official website,micro-blogging and We-chat platform.The research shows that the main forms of hidden lessons of D team entrepreneurship education include:(1)"magnet type" material space design,which includes the existing spatial pattern design and sub-station system;(2)practice-oriented team system design,(3)team's culture construction,which includes rich forms of activities,good record habits and entrepreneurial education practices provided by the "Entrepreneurship" platform;(4)team's core values which means professionalism,professionalism as the team's highly recognized values always runs through the training of technical training and awareness of service.(1)the transformation of tacit knowledge to tacit knowledge;(2)the transformation of tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge;(2)the transformation of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge;(2)the transformation of tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge;3)explicit knowledge to explicit knowledge transformation;(4)explicit knowledge to tacit knowledge transformation.Summed up the successful experience of D team's entrepreneurship education,this paper draws the following conclusions and recommendations:(1)entrepreneurship education can be combined with university education(2)the hidden curriculum can be a powerful form of entrepreneurship education:(3)providing enough space for the hidden curriculum of entrepreneurship education.
