This topic uses 2005 year (978) and 2010 (1193) Wuhu adult male in civil constitution monitoring survey sampling for the study. By using literature review, statistical and comparative research methods on the body shape of Wuhu adult men, physical function, physical and other indexes. the results showed that the whole body of adult men in Wuhu City has increased, but the individual physical index has declining trend, and Constitution evels lower than the other two types of groups of farmers For the future development of the physical fitness of adults in, improving government functions , standardized monitoring and evaluation system, the Government put forward constructive proposals such as diversification of the ways to get involved, and recommended the media increase the overall fitness of propaganda, using multiple channels to promote the full exercise, so as to raise the level of adult physical health.
