The subsidizing system for economic-weak college students is a great-in-need part in the research of ideology educational function, and it is worth of being devoted deep analyze. Poor economic situation college students, as a special group, are being cared of by our nation, society, and educational institute more and more in recent years, and in 2007, the policy of subsidizing system for college students was taken into effect; From an overall looking of the new system, we can confirm that the point of the policy is limited to financial assistance to students rather than to gain a better understanding of students'ideology and its development. And here comes the question:Educated less, and money subsidizing more, which lacks pertinence and systematicness. On the way of making the policy, some shortcomings occurred, such as limitless and unbalance. The subsiding system does not play a role in Ideology-Politics educating, because volunteering subsidy is a large proportion of the whole issue. Above is a pulling back of the national subsidizing system.This paper takes us into a deep concern of the national subsidizing system for college students vertically and horizontally, for a practical feedback of measuring, a better reborn of policy and a productive method of practicing. Meanwhile, it is a thesis that discussed dialectically on how subsidizing system and ideology-politics educational function for college students in China blooms. It argues that education and subsidy should be combined to better the function of the system efficiently. This paper consists of introduction, five chapters and conclusion.The introduction chiefly talks about the aboriginal idea of developing this thesis and what may follow after. It is an ABC of delivering the main plots, logical structures and analyzing techniques which based on materials already known and some concepts are qualified.ChapterⅠvitally talks about the establishing procedure and a review of subsidizing system for college students in China. The history background and phases are concluded, which followed by a comparison of old system and new system. And then it discusses the inter-construction of contemporary subsidizing system for college students which nation cares about, for the intention and goal that do well to both colleges and students.ChapterⅡis an ultimate discussion of obstacles lying on the road of taking the measure. A survey was made to get a better notion of the subsidizing system which could make a comprehensive understanding of all problems. And it also concerns about the poor influence that may occur.ChapterⅢanalyses reasons of unfortunate affects that subsidizing system brought in. Systemic weakness, personal factor, social spirit and diathesis of students are limit of further flourishing the system. Lacking of a good understanding of ideology is an unsound problem that must be firstly recommended.Chapter IV mainly talks about what we can do to improve the subsidizing system. By doing scientific study of foreign experiential process, we canvass what can be used to enhance the system. And the creation of harmonious society, a sound spiritual education and a personal quality twinkling can really serve a purpose.ChapterⅣrecommends us how ideology education work in the evolution of subsidizing system. By researching the importance of ideology education, this phase focuses on the inner connection, practical influence and positive significance of the system.The conclusion of this paper is on the research of gaining a good solution to solve practical problems, which should be a pair to ideological education. As a result, students can be helped financially, and educated spiritually and improved theis abilities with the financial and educational purpose of this system.
