A Study On The Function Of Ideological And Political Education Of College Students Subsidizing

The object of this paper is the ideological and political education function by college students subsidy.The research contents mainly focus on three aspects: First,the function and the connotation,the value and the relevance of the ideological and political education function by college students subsidy with family financial difficulties;the second is the status quo and the problem about the function of the ideological and political education by college students subsidy in reality;third is to enhance the ideological and political education of college students to explore the function of countermeasures.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the revelation of social background and existing question of college student subsidizing system which have idelogical and political function.It also has a more accurate analysis of the status,function and research significance of college students in ideological and political education.This paper summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the question of absence of ideological and political education of college students at the moment,which is the logical starting point of research in this paper.The second chapter mainly discusses the connotation and characteristics of the ideological and political education function of college students with financial difficulties and financial support.This paper mainly discusses the function of ideological and political education to illustrate the differences and links between them,which is based on the function of college students with financial difficulties,the function of college students' subsidy,the subsidy of college students,the subsidy system of college students,and concluded to enhance the ideological and political education function by college students subsidy and promote the quality of higher education personnel training,to achieve national talent strategy.The third chapter discusses the four dimensions that affect the function of ideological and political education by college students subsidy,namely,the influence of state subsidy policy,subsidy manager and college students with family financial difficulties themselves,the influence of the supporting environment on the Function of College Students' Financial and Ideological Education.It is concluded that the college student subsidy system has rich ideological and political education function,which can stimulate college students to love life and advocate the passion of good life,and finally train them into a firm socialist builder and successor.The fourth chapter discusses the theoretical resources of ideological and political education by college students subsidy.Mainly from the Marxist point of view,it is learned from Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Xi Jinping as the representative view of the “people-oriented”,“the comprehensive development of human thought”and “the whole process,all-round,full education thinking”of higher education;It is drawn on the western human capital to promote social and economic development theory,student development theory,resource dependence theory,above which is constituted the theoretical basis of this article.The fifth chapter is an empirical study on the ideological and political education function by college students subsidy.Through the empirical investigation of the status quo of the ideological and political education function by college students subsidy in China,the paper focuses on four aspects: one is the study of the problems in the identification and assessment of the students with financial difficulties.These problems are important factors influencing the function of subsidy;The Second is the study of the situation of the material needs of the students with financial difficulties which is related to the concerns and expectations of college students on their own,family,school and society.It is the key solution of the ideological and political education function by college students subsidy.Thirdly,it conducts investigation and study on the mode of college students' subsidy management adopted by colleges and universities,which is the way to play a systematic and holistic function of ideological and political education function by college students subsidy.Fourthly,through the introduction of “Tsinghua customer satisfaction index model”,the construction of “college students with financial difficulties in college students satisfaction index model”,which is based as the ideological and political education function satisfaction survey for key institutions and non-key institutions of college students subsidy,the reasons for the poor function of college students' ideological and political education are explored with the comparative analysis of the sample data.The argument in this chapter has laid the foundation for the countermeasures of ideological and political education which enhances the subsidy of college students.The sixth chapter discusses the countermeasures of enhancing the function of ideological and political education by college students subsidy from five dimensions.First,from the national policy of the dimension,it is proposed the reconstruction of state subsidzing structure based on establishing a“people-oriented”and“all-round development”concept.Second,from the perspective of subsidizing management in colleges and universities,it is proposed the innovation of college students management model based on establishing a “student-oriented”“full education”concept.Thirdly,from the dimension of the process of financing the activities of college students,it is proposed to create a young college students psychological activities of the educational atmosphere by studying how to play the whole process of educating people to create the function of college students to support education activities,into the humanistic care.Fourth,from the family economics of self-education,self-development dimensions,it is proposed to construct of self-education system of college students.Fifth,from the construction of ideological and political education team dimensions,it is studied to build incentive and restraint mechanisms which is based the study of the teacher's personality shaping and self-education and strengthening the training of policies.Through this article,on the one hand the paper puts forward some constructive suggestions for the peoples of college student subsidy policy-maker,subsidizing managers,financing ideological and political educators,and practical ways and methods.It is provided thinking reference of self-education and self-development for college students with financial difficulties to help them improve their political quality,a correct understanding of the Chinese Communist Party“on the people's satisfaction with the education”policy,principles,agreeing with the superiority of the socialist system.On the other hand,This paper studies the research and analysis of the subsidy policy formulation and implementation process of college students,which shows that the college students' subsidy system is rich in ideological and political education resources.This paper makes an empirical study on the status quo of the ideological and political education function by college students subsidy in reality,so that people can clearly understand the profound influence of the ideological and political education function by college students subsidy on the life of college students with financial difficulties.In the course of carrying out the activities of college students subsidy,we must always establish the concept of “people-oriented”and “all-round development”,carrying out the whole process of educating people,the whole process of educating people.We must take college students subsidy as playing an important way and method of exerting the ideological and political education functions and put the socialist values education into the daily life of college students.
