| Recent years, China-africa education exchange has become a hot topic. Therefore, the construction of teacher team becomes an import subject.Then, we will ask what kinds of background it comes out? What is the situation now? What have been done for it by governments, AU, and UNESCO? What are the trouble when they are taken? In this paper, I will solve these problems in following words.In my paper,in order to intuitive understanding teacher, I will employ data statistics to statistics various index of teacher in Sub-saharan; comparison method to compare some index among countries or with other areas, to find its advantages and disadvantages; and text analysis to find out the trend of teachers and the core values behind them.And this is the only way I can see clear.I will discuss the construction of teacher team in Sub-saharan from four aspects.Introduction:in this chapter, problems cause research method, research meaning,definition of key concepts and theoretical basis are included.Chapter one:we will analysis the background of the construction of teacher team in Sub-saharan;Chapter two:we will introduce the situation of teacher team in in Sub-Saharan;Chapter three:the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of teacher team in Sub-saharan are discussed;Chapter four:we will introduce some measures taken by goverments, AU and UNESCO;In the last chapter, we will analysis the core value behind them. |
