Constructing a high quality teaching staff is the key to improve the quality of the talent. The core of improving the whole quality of the teaching staff is the setting and the construction of the pre-occupation education's curriculum. The curriculum of the pre-occupation teaching staff is the deep of forming the future's teachers'cultural foundation, the carrier of the intricate education quality, the concretization of the education aim and the developing talent's aim, standardizing the influence sources of the school education, grasping the nature and direction of the school education. This article analyzes the problem of the current pre-occupation teacher's education's system, puts forward the aim, principle and the construction of the pre-occupation teacher's education's system; from the epoch background of constructing pre-occupation education. On the meanwhile, it constructively raises the strategy safeguard of the pre-occupational curriculum.This article is made up of seven parts.The first part, raised of the problem. It analyzes the significance of the pre-occupation teacher's education construction and the present conditions, illustrating the researching method of the article.The second part, from the three angles, namely, the transition of the mode of the pre-occupation teacher's education, the demand for teaching's quality's structure, the basic education reform's crushing to the curriculum of the pre-occupation teacher's education, analyze the epoch background of the construction of the curriculum of the pre-occupation teacher's education.The third part, limits and analyzes the concept of the article and the characteristics of the pre-occupation teacher's education.The fourth part, basing on the investigating papers, the analyses of the document, it illustrates the current existing problem of the pre-occupation teacher's education.The fifth part, analyzes the aim and the principle of the pre-occupation teacher's education.The sixth part, under the new era, directing to the problems of the curriculum system of the pre-occupation teacher's education, presenting the aim and principle of the curriculum system of the pre-occupation teacher's education, it puts forward the construction of the curriculum system pre-occupation teacher's education; It is urgent to reconstruct the course, from the combination between the scientific quality and liberal quality; reconstruct the major curriculum, the major curriculum should from the mixture of the education curriculum; reconstruct the education curriculum, combination of the educational curriculum and the educational practice.The seventh part, analyzes the strategy and the safeguard of the curriculum system of the pre-occupation teacher's education.
