As we all know,teacher education is an important part of education in our country,which is the basis of training the most basic teachers and improving the quality of education,because the quality of teachers'teaching is the source of training teachers and the quality of education as well as all quality.Teacher education is a job,a profession,or a specialized knowledge,an independent body of knowledge.Local teachers'colleges not only carry the responsibility of cultivating local basic education teachers,but also serve as the main front for the training and training of local kindergartens,primary and secondary school teachers,and provide teacher education to the government and education administration departments through academic research and personnel training reform.Policy advisory services.Therefore,this seminar takes the construction of teacher education as the main content,and takes the teachers and students of B Teachers College as the main research object,trying to explore the current situation of the construction of teacher education disciplines in B Normal University and possible problems.Based on the theoretical model of discipline construction and related policies under the three-party game,this research uses questionnaires,case interviews and other research methods to investigate and analyze the understanding of the teachers and students in B Teachers College,including The status,characteristics,mechanism and quality of the teacher education discipline.Secondly,this research has carried out a detailed analysis of the status quo and existing problems of teacher education subject construction,starting from the three aspects of gender,student source and major,and has carried out research on the problems existing in the construction of teacher education discipline.Through the research,Many problems exist in the construction of teacher education in teachers colleges.First of all,there are problems in the status of teacher education,the characteristics of teacher education are not clear,the system of teacher education is not perfect,and the quality of teacher education is not high.Secondly,the construction of teacher education team is neglected,the separation of teacher education and basic education,and government policy for teachers.The lack of education support is also subject to further adjustment and strengthening.Based on the above problems,This paper reveals reasonable and effective proposes for these problems existing in the current construction of teacher education from the perspectives of society,normal colleges and teachers,in order to improve the construction level of teacher education in the future.
