| Teaching practice is one of the important practice courses in normal colleges. It is an essential and important way to train primary and junior high school teachers. However, there exist many problems in recent years, such as the lacking of enough guidance, bad attitude and without enough practice chances as the result of high school expansion, practice location scattered, lack of effective regulatory system, graduation and preparation for the graduation entrance exams.The outline for Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development (2010) says that " We will have basically established a new digital education service system in our country including all kinds of schools at all levels in urban and rural areas and have modernized teaching content, teaching method and teaching means till 2020,. With fully utilization of high-quality resources and advanced technique, operating mechanism and management pattern innovation, existing resource integration, there will be an advanced, effective and practical digital education infrastructure." In recent years, due to the integration of information technology and education, all kinds of management systems have been used in teaching and school management. With teaching practice being important part of the normal education, the author thinks it is very necessary to establish an online teaching practice guide and management system in order to provide the platform containing some functions, such as practice information publication, on line instruction and student communication. This system can be used to guide and instruct the normal university students to improve the quality and effect of teaching practice.This paper analyzed the main problem during teaching practice process and feasibility and necessity of on-line guide and management system on the basis of literature retrieval, questionnaire, interviews, etc., and it puts forward to establish an online teaching practice guide and management system in order to improve the quality of teaching practice.This thesis is divided into six sections. The first chapter briefly introduces the research background and purpose as well as the significance of topics and the approaches to the study. The second chapter is about the review of educational practice, based on the literature search and survey, analysis of the current status and problems of educational practice. The research review on relevant concepts definition and the system theoretical basis is summarized in the third chapter. The forth chapter contains the overall analysis of the management system based on the theories of teaching system design, guidance and the online education. The fifth chapter is the detailed design of the system according to the results of forth chapter. The last contains of summary and outlook.Bring information technology into teaching practice will provide a more favorable technical and environmental support for the implementation of the teaching practice. According to the current status of the education practice as well as integration research of the information technology and curriculum, this paper discusses the construction of an online guidance and management system in order to provide appropriate education inspiration to practice reform. |
