The study utilized MCA-3C synthetic tester of cardiac information to detect human cardiac pump function by impedance cardiogram (ICG). Though recording 3 human physiological signs and using digital signal processing,this study detected different subjects'cardiac pump function in different loading condition, in order to comprehend their change characteristics of cardiac pump function overall. On this basis by using statistical methods, combining the physiology of professional knowledge, formulate college male students heart function evaluation system.The subjects of this study were college male students of this college,which were divided into two groups, namely experiment group and control group. Their cardiac pump function condition was measured in different loading, including resting state, exercise of intermittent increasing load phase and recovery phase.Results:1. At resting state, HR of experiment group was smaller than control group(P<0.01). SV,SI,LVET,CO and CI than controls (P<0.05/0.01).During exercise, both of HR increased quickly at initially,then they kept at a stable state. Both of SV, SI, CO, CI increased, and the experiment group always greater than control group (P<0.05/0.01), LVET decreased as load increases, it always bigger than in control group (P<0.05/0.01). On recovery phase, most indexes didn't complete recovery to resting state, HR, SV, SI, CO, CI, LVET of experiment group bigger significantly (P<0.05/0.01).2. At resting state, Q-Z of experiment group was smaller than control group(P<0.01). (dz/dt)max was bigger than control group a little, and HI Index was bigger than control group(P>0.05). During exercise, both of Q-Z decreased gradually, (dz/dt)max changed little, HI Index increase by load increases.On recovery phase, Q-Z of two groups increased gradually, (dz/dt)max, HI Index decreased gradually, no significantly differences between the two groups.3. At resting state, SWI, CWI of experiment group were bigger than control group. During exercise, SWI always bigger than control group (P< 0.05/0.01). SWI, CWI of two groups increased by degrees, experiment group always greater than control group (P<0.05/0.01). On recovery phase, two groups all decreased gradually.4. At resting state, SBP,DBP,TPR and MAP of experiment group were smaller than control group, and C was little bigger than control group. During exercise, SBP and MAP of two groups all increased gradually, but DBP changed little.TPR of experiment group was significantly smaller than control group (P<0.01), while C was significantly bigger than control group(P<0.05/0.01).On recovery phase, SBP and MAP of two groups all decreased, DBP changed little,TPR always smaller than the control group,both of C increased gradually.Conclusions: 1. experiment group each index of heart pumping function in different loading condition always better than control group, show that, physical exercise can enhance human heart function.2. in this experiment condition,in each index of ICG, HR, SV, SI, CI, MAP, care sensitive to body cardiac function in resting state, HR, SV, SI, CI, LVET, HI, care sensitive to body cardiac function in exercise condition, all of this index can be used as noninvasive measuring and evaluating index of heart pumping function in exercise condition.3. to construct college students' heart pumping function evaluation system, with statistical analysis, combining professional knowledge, obtained evaluation index and weight indicators of heart pumping function; formulated the assessment standards of the heart pumping function single parameter, the grade of different states standards and comprehensive level evaluation standard by percentile method, to some degree of the college student exercise training, physical exercise of cardiac function development level evaluation to provide the possibility.Suggestions:1. In this study, because of the limitations of budget and time, and some ideas (such as different sexes, different age groups of students' study) fails to complete, we should expand research objects and research quantity in future.2. Based on this study's foundation, combined with the research results of STI and DTI, it's necessary to found a set of standard to measure and estimate the cardiovascular function.
