The Chinese curriculum standard of compulsory education in schools for the deaf is the outcome of the national basic education reform and the basic standard and requirement of Chinese curriculum teaching in schools for the deaf. The implementation of curriculum standards is influenced by many factors, but teachers,as the main body of curriculum standards implementation, are the key to put curriculum standards into practice and ultimately determine the implementation degree of curriculum standards. Therefore,by analyzing and studying the resistance of teachers in the implementation of Chinese curriculum standards for compulsory education in schools for the deaf,we can understand the real situation of the implementation of Chinese curriculum standards for compulsory education in schools for the deaf, and put forward effective strategies to solve the problems that restrict the smooth implementation of the curriculum standards,so as to promote the further development of deaf education in China. This study focuses on the resistance of teachers in the implementation of Chinese curriculum standards for compulsory education in schools for the deaf.On the basis of combing and learning from relevant theoretical studies, this study adopts questionnaire survey and interview to understand the most realistic implementation of Chinese curriculum standards for compulsory education in schools for the deaf.According to the investigation, the implementation of the new curriculum standard is not optimistic, and there exists the phenomenon of teachers' resistance to the implementation of the curriculum standard. Most teachers actively and openly approve the new curriculum standards, believing that the new curriculum standards are in line with the actual situation of students and have a certain guiding role in their own teaching. However, due to various reasons, the implementation of the new curriculum standards of many teachers just stay in the oral, there is a contradiction between knowledge and practice, and there is no real implementation of the new curriculum standards. This paper analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of teachers' resistance, which mainly focus on the factors of new curriculum standards themselves, teachers' individual factors, school culture factors and implementation guarantee factors. As far as the curriculum standard itself is concerned, the lack of text interpretation and the change of the object of implementation lead to the resistance of teachers to implement the new curriculum standard. In terms of individual teachers, teachers' teaching concepts, knowledge and ability, and teaching habits restrict teachers' implementation of new curriculum standards to some extent. In terms of school culture, the atmosphere of organizing the implementation of new curriculum standards, and the attitude of leaders and parents influence the implementation of new curriculum standards by teachers; In terms of implementation guarantee factors, teacher training, school material conditions and the evaluation and feedback mechanism of the implementation of new curriculum standards affect the implementation of new curriculum standards. In view of the factors of the formation of teachers' resistance, this paper puts forward some strategies to eliminate teachers' resistance, including further interpreting the new curriculum standards and accelerating the school-based implementation of the new curriculum standards. It urges teachers to change the idea of implementing new curriculum standards, cultivate the education habit based on the new curriculum standards, and carry out the teaching based on the new curriculum standards. To strengthen the teaching culture atmosphere of implementing the new curriculum standards; We should actively carry out teacher training and establish a supervision and evaluation mechanism.
