ObjectiveTo study the mathematical model for predicting VO2max of college students using cardiac function, blood and body composition indicators under resting/sub-maximum increasing load,to provide a safe, simple and accurate medical supervision method for health level evaluation and training effect evaluation,to avoid The risk of cardiovascu-lar accidents during extreme-intensity exercise;it also provides a basis for the promo-tion and utilization of NICOM noninvasive cardiac output and hemodynamics in the field of sports medicine.MethodsIn this study,a total of 266 college students?134 males and 132 females?were recruited from five universities in Beijing. The subjects were divided into regular exer-cise groups?103 males and 61 females?and infrequent exercise groups according to the classification criteria of the population.?31 men and 71 women?.Subjects were tested for blood and body composition, resting state and increasing load exercise NICOM car-diac output test and maximum oxygen uptake test.Through SPSS statistical analysis software, the collected data is sorted and analyzed to provide data support for the pro-duction of test results.Perform mathematical statistics on all measured indicators, and perform normality analysis, disobey normal analysis data, use non-parametric test Kruskal-WallisH to test the differences between the four groups, there are two sets of data for gender differences and exercise differences, respectively To compare the dif-ferences between indicators, the Wilcoxon signed rank sum test of the non-parametric test was used;the Spearman and Pearson correlations were used to test the linear and nonlinear correlations.Remove the indicators that do not have linear correlation, and use partial correlation control for the remaining indicators to jointly affect the factors of maximum oxygen uptake, and further screen the indicators related to the maximum oxygen uptake;use factor analysis to find representativeness from many body compo-sition indicators Related indicators. Finally, the variables suitable for entering the model prediction are selected, and the selected variables are subjected to multiple linear step-wise regression. Finally, the regression equation is tested for goodness of fit,and finally a mathematical model for predicting maximum oxygen uptake based on quiet heart function is established.Result1.College students of different genders with different exercise backgrounds have significant differences in cardiac function indexes such as quiet CO,HR,SV,SVI,TFC,SBP,and CP?p<0.05?,and quiet CO,SV,SVI in regular exercise groups,TFC,CP are higher than the infrequent exercise group, while quiet HR and SBP are lower than the infrequent exercise group, the results of men and women are consistent.2.Undergraduates of different genders with different exercise backgrounds have significant differences in blood indicators such as RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,and MCH?p<0.05?,and the RBC,HGB,HCT,and T in the regular exercise group are higher than infrequent In the exercise group,MCV and MCH were lower than those in the infre-quent exercise group.3.Undergraduates of different genders in different exercise backgrounds have up-per body, thigh, torso, upper body, lower body, body tissue and area fat percentage, thigh and lower body fat?kg?,upper body, thigh, torso, upper body, lower body, whole body muscle mass These body composition indicators have significant differences?p<0.05?,and the mass of thighs, lower body fat, upper limbs, thighs, torso, upper body, lower body, and whole body muscles of the regular exercise group is higher than that of the infrequent exercise group, upper limbs, thighs, and trunk,The upper body, lower body, body tissues and regional fat percentages are lower than the infrequent exercise group, the results of men and women are consistent.4.After performing Spearman and Pearson correlation analysis on all indexes and maximum oxygen uptake, there will be linear correlation indexes. After controlling the influence of the three factors of gender, whether to exercise, and BMI,further partial correlation analysis will be performed, and the result is quiet heart function index CO,SV,SVI,CP,blood indicators RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV,MCH,T,body composition indicators upper limb, thigh, torso, upper body, lower body, whole body muscle mass and maximum oxygen uptake are significantly positively correlated;HR,SBP,upper limbs, thighs, torso, upper body, lower body, whole body tissues and regional fat per-centage are significantly negatively correlated with maximum oxygen uptake.5.For body composition indicators related to the maximum oxygen uptake, the whole body area?%fat?,thigh fat?kg?,and whole body muscle?kg?are selected by factor analysis, principal component extraction, and maximum variance rotation method,Thigh muscles?kg?,upper body area fat?%?a total of five indicators can well represent the body composition level of college students.6.The above five body composition indicators, plus heart function, blood indica-tors,and whether or not regular exercise factors, gender, and BMI have a significant correlation with maximum oxygen uptake,a total of 18 indicators are entered into the stepwise regression analysis of multiple linear regression. The most representative and best fitting regression equation is obtained:???VO2max=-0.316+0.251*BMI+0.290*sex+0.094*whether regular exercise-0.027*body area?%fat?+0.118*CO-0.006*SBP+0.005*HGB?R2=0.803,p<0.01;gen-der?male=1,female=0?,whether to exercise regularly?regular exercise=1,infrequent exercise=0??Conclusion1.College students who regularly participate in exercise have better heart function, blood oxygen carrying capacity, body composition, muscle and fat ratio than those who do not exercise regularly.2.After correcting other factors, the quiet cardiac output?CO?and hemoglobin?HGB?were positively correlated with VO2max;The percentage of total body fat was negatively correlated with VO2max.3.Comprehensively consider the influencing factors of cardiac pumping function, blood oxygen carrying capacity, and body composition, and establish a regression equa-tion to predict VO2max.The goodness-of-fit test is good and can predict the maximum oxygen uptake of Chinese college students.
